Make $10 000 – Help Brandt Morain Secure a Record Deal

22 July 2009 One Comment

Brandt Morain are offering a $10 000 (USD) finders fee for the person who helps them secure a suitable record contract.

Brandt Morain are an innovative, immensely-experienced duo of musicians who are making headway in the music scene through a unique approach and philosophy to performing, recording and promoting their music.

Utilising social networking platforms, such as Twitter, Brandt Morain are actively searching for a suitable record label and are offering a $10 000 finders fee for the person who can arrange this.

So how exactly does this work?

According to Brandt Morain’s website:

” You, the finder, work with your connections and contacts to get the attention of a record
companies A&R representatives and make them interested in “Brandt Morain Volume One”.
Once you think the proper contacts are established then you and your contacts offer a
proposal that indicates that the record company is interested in entering into negotiations.
Jared M. Brandt and Eddie B. Morain, Sr, and/or our contract attorney William Faler will
then review all proposals sent to us. If we like the initial proposal, then we will enter into
negotiations with the recording company. If we are able to negotiate a deal that we like,
then you will receive the finders fee when we sign the recording/distribution contract. “

Importantly:

“Jared and Eddie will pay the finders fee only when a deal that we approve has been
finalized and signed between us and the record label or record company. We reserve the
right to reject all proposed record deals for any reason. So, it is in the finders best interest
to secure the best possible contacts for us. The better the proposal, the better your chances
are to receive the finders fee. “

At the end of the day, one really has to admire such an initiative and the guts it takes to put your money where your mouth is.

So, do you have any connections? Want to make 10 000 bucks, while making a band happy at the same time?

Then head over to Brandt Morain’s website for further details.
