Truth & Its Burden release debut album

Melody, Aggression & Passion: Words that easily sum up South Africa’s Progressive Hardcore band, Truth & Its Burden. Since day one, Truth & Its Burden have been pushing the boundaries and expectations of heavy music through positive message and the aggressive manner in which they deliver it.

2009 has already seen Truth & Its Burden share the stage with CDC, Haste The Day and touring alongside Have Heart & Shipwreck AD on their recent South African tour. A hardworking band that is self sustaining and forward thinking, keeping DIY ethics close to heart. Having booked all their own tours and doing extensive South African touring at that, Truth & Its Burden will further extend its reach by heading over to Europe for a 21 date tour in support of their debut release, “Sending The Hope Home”.
“Sending The Hope Home” was released through Hope Haven Records on 24th October 2009.
