The Big Four Live Concert: Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax at Ster-Kinekor Theatres

The gods of metal will be on the big screen for a limited time only!

Finally, the world of cinema has redeemed itself after it burdened our eyes with Mariah Carey’s Glitter and Britney Spears’ Crossroads. Ster-Kinekor will be showcasing a historic concert featuring “The Big Four of Thrash Metal” (Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and Megadeth) for a limited time only.

MusicReview recently showcased a video from the bone-crushing event, which took place at the Sonisphere Festival in Sofia, Bulgaria on 22 June, but now Ster-Kinekor Theatres will be screening this live concert, THE BIG FOUR, featuring the absolute legends of metal, in its entirety exclusively at select cinemas nationwide for two nights only – on 15 & 18 July at 8pm. It’ll probably be the only time you’ll be able to see Dave Mustaine, James Hetfield and Kerry King onstage together – without killing each other!

No other performance dates are lined up for this once-in-a-lifetime concert, which means that watching it at your favourite Ster-Kinekor cinema will be the only opportunity to experience these four bands performing together. It will be a 3.5 hour audiovisual feast that no diehard metal fan can afford to miss!
