Arcade Fire Hit Number 1 on Last.fm

Arcade Fire dethrone Lady Gaga to take the number 1 spot.

News has hit that Lady Gaga has finally been dethroned from the number 1 spot on Last.fm. Last.fm, the music social-media networking website, posted the following on their trend website:

“Lady Gaga has been a fixture on top of the most played singles on Last.fm for the entirety of 2010, in fact since November last year, and has only held less than three of the top five spots twice.

But not only have Arcade Fire managed to oust her from her chart topping position, they’ve managed to completely dethrone her”

Congrats to Arcade Fire.
