Reboot the Robot

Reboot The Robot is a music project from singer/ songwriter Jonathan Ware. Started in June, 2008, Reboot The Robot took over the Cheyenne, WY music scene and has slowly branched out from the city, establishing fan bases in cities like Denver, CO, and Chicago, IL.

With just his voice and a guitar, Jonathan played open mic nights, coffee houses, and any other venue that allowed him to present his music to an audience. The support of local and regional fans, as well as a fairly big internet presence, caught the attention of Corey Bracken, from the artist management company Apelis Productions. Negotiations ensued, and Reboot The Robot was signed to Apelis Productions in April, 2009.

After receiving overwhelming support from audiences, Reboot The Robot released it’s first EP, “Nothing, Something, Everything”, on July 14, 2009. Fan response was great all around, and Jonathan began to work on putting together the follow up EP, entitled “When All We Have”.

Citing influences from John Mayer, Copeland, Dashboard Confessional and The Goo Goo Dolls, Reboot The Robot has created a unique, lyrically-driven music experience that many listeners can identify with. The lyrics deal with the hardships of life, the high points, and everything in between, while the gentile and fresh guitar melodies make you feel the lyrics in ways words just cannot express.

Reboot The Robot’s Sophomore EP effort, “When All We Have”, releases December 1st, 2009.
